Please be noted that we give maximum 48hours to our valued clients to inform us any concerns / feedbacks related to their services. Kindly note that kids below the age of 3 are not allowed in the branch and no boys of any age allowed. In case you can't make it, please give us a call, let us know if you need booking adjustment. Our system automatically cancels appointments after 15mins of delay. No Cash Refund on services and retail products. Exchange of products permitted within 7 days of purchase.
